The fabulous Asa Ransom gardens—host to hundreds of special events over the years—remain. Known as the Mill Road House in the 1960s, the building became a home when it was purchased by Bob and Judy Lenz in the 1970s. They dubbed it the Asa Ransom House and created four bedrooms and the restaurant dining rooms.
