Mind Sharpener is good if you spellcasters with important concentration spells in the party. Spell-Refueling Ring is awesome for those with spell slots. UA Armor of tools is a bit niche since tools proficiencies are best used out-of-combat. Replicate Magic Item is good, but some of the individual items do require attunement.
