Antimatter housing

So I decided to play the game again from the beginning, after the newest update. I go through the first missions and then I find the drop pod for upgrading my exosuit (which badly needs more storage space, geeeeeez). But now it says I need antimatter housing to fix the upgrade thingy, but I have no antimatter housing. And no blueprint to build one.

So, spoiler alert, but I am just starting the game and I am on the Awakenings questline where I need to craft a warp cell, and one of the first items needed to do that is the antimatter housing.
