Alz association. The Alzheimer's Association Central and North Florida Chapter serves 43 counties with education and support, as well as raising funds for critical research. We provide education and support to all those facing Alzheimer’s and other dementias throughout our community, including those living with the disease, caregivers, health care professionals and families.

In Nevada, more than 49,000 people live with Alzheimer's with 84,000 unpaid caregivers. Serving cities and towns from San Jose to Fresno, San Francisco to Chico, Sacramento, Modesto, Reno, Wendover, and everything in between, your local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association® is here to help.
