Measuring 3 weeks ahead will i deliver early

With my first pregnancy I always measured 2-3 weeks smaller than I was supposed to be & it used to freak me out. But I had a healthy 3.34kg baby and everything was fine! They obviously do it as some sort of guide but everyone is going to carry differently!
