1cm dilated 38 weeks

Progress means nothing before you are in labor. I was barely 1 cm at my 39 week appt. I went into labor 2 days after that appointment. i was 1cm, baby was high, and not effaced at 39 w 3 days, i went into labor on my own at 40 w 4 days. At 39 weeks I wasn't dilated at all. I was about 30% effaced and the baby was at station 1. That was on Monday.
